I'm Ready to Connect

Former nurse, now full-time holistic wellness coach

Traded IV drips for wellness tips and haven’t looked back since.

Through multiple careers and phases of life, my purpose has always been the same: to help other people become agents of change in their own lives and in the world. With 20 years in the health and wellness industry, my strength is supporting female helping professionals to nourish their nervous systems, increase natural energy, and optimize metabolic health. I believe healthier people (not just physical health, I’m talking mental, emotional and spiritual health) make better decisions for the future of our planet and all of humanity. When I’m not supporting clients or playing in the kitchen, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors with my firefighter husband and our daughter, embodying the holistic lifestyle I teach.

We need a paradigm shift…

I’m gonna say something bold. Most of our health and wellness problems have nothing to do with age or genetics.

They have everything to do with how long you've been stuck in habits that simply don’t support your ideal well-being. Our bodies are constantly trying to tell us they’re struggling—often due to long-term stress and chronic inflammation. For many of us, a “normal” day means sitting at a desk, eating food from a wrapper, and spending our free time scrolling on screens. I believe our bodies have the ability to heal when given the right environment.

Life’s too short to suffer.

I’m here to support you. I already believe in who you are. I know how resilient, resourceful, and capable you are—and that you are already enough, just as you are. You know your body better than anyone else. My role is to help you feel safe in your body and love life again!
